Location: Singapore (requires 25–50% travel across the ROA region)

What you will do

  • Manage and grow revenue through assigned resellers across Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
  • Build, forecast, and manage reseller-sourced pipeline to support net-new customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to align resellers with company strategy.
  • Act as the primary bridge between reseller sales leadership and internal teams including Marketing and Solution Consulting.
  • Support resellers through the full sales lifecycle, including deal structuring and pricing.
  • Provide strategic market insights to regional and global leadership.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is required.
  • Proven experience in SaaS channel sales, reseller management, or working with system integrators.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience closing enterprise or mid-market deals.
  • Ability to travel 25–50% of the time across the ROA region.
  • Experience managing pipeline and accurate forecasting.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Thai, Vietnamese, or Korean.
  • Background in DXP, CMS, or MarTech ecosystems.
  • Experience working with Microsoft-centric enterprise software environments.
