What you will do
- Manage and grow revenue through assigned resellers across Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
- Build, forecast, and manage reseller-sourced pipeline to support net-new customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute joint business plans to align resellers with company strategy.
- Act as the primary bridge between reseller sales leadership and internal teams including Marketing and Solution Consulting.
- Support resellers through the full sales lifecycle, including deal structuring and pricing.
- Provide strategic market insights to regional and global leadership.
Requirements
- Fluent English is required.
- Proven experience in SaaS channel sales, reseller management, or working with system integrators.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience closing enterprise or mid-market deals.
- Ability to travel 25–50% of the time across the ROA region.
- Experience managing pipeline and accurate forecasting.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Thai, Vietnamese, or Korean.
- Background in DXP, CMS, or MarTech ecosystems.
- Experience working with Microsoft-centric enterprise software environments.
