What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to conduct technical discovery and map complex customer requirements to interoperable designs.
• Design bespoke integration architectures linking smart contracts, custody systems, trading rails, and data platforms.
• Lead technical workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and product demos for audiences ranging from engineers to executive leadership.
• Build and validate POCs and pilot integrations by writing and reviewing production-grade code.
• Document technical integration plans, including sequence diagrams, threat models, and operational runbooks.
• Gather structured field feedback to influence the product roadmap and SDK development.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles like Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Strong grasp of blockchain fundamentals, Web3 architecture, and DeFi patterns.
• Ability to read and write code in TypeScript, Rust, Go, or Solidity.
• Deep understanding of integration architecture patterns including REST, gRPC, and WebSockets.
• Experience guiding customers from conceptualization to concrete architecture and rollout plans.
• Must be based in New York City or willing to work onsite.
