What you will do

• Shape partner solutions by translating business needs into clear technical approaches and de-risking integrations.
• Design end-to-end architectures spanning smart contracts, APIs, oracles, and custody infrastructure.
• Run architecture workshops to align on user journeys, liquidity strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Drive delivery by producing technical specs, integration playbooks, and coordinating across internal teams.
• Scale integration efforts by turning field learnings into improved product tooling and documentation.
• Communicate complex DeFi and regulatory developments clearly to both internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of owning complex systems.
• Significant experience in DeFi, including deep understanding of lending and borrowing mechanisms.
• Strong architecture skills with the ability to design systems spanning smart contracts, APIs, and custody.
• Hands-on technical profile with working knowledge of Solidity and ability to review smart contracts.
• Experience designing integrations across multiple systems in production environments.
• Excellent written communication skills for producing specs and partner-facing documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with exchanges, wallets, custody providers, or institutional asset managers.
• Familiarity with permissioned DeFi patterns and compliance constraints.
• Strong intuition for liquidity and go-to-market mechanics.
• Experience defining scalable integration processes and documentation as a product.
