What you will do

• Own the technical diagnosis, prescription, and validation phases throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
• Lead customer discovery workshops and architect innovative solutions using the hirify.global platform.
• Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations to diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage the execution of technical workshops and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with AEs, Solution Architects, and Customer Success to drive technical alignment and ensure long-term customer success.
• Synthesize field feedback and market needs to influence the product roadmap through communication with the Product Management team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• 5+ years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS organization
• Strong technical background in iPaaS, enterprise integration, APIs, and cloud architecture
• Proven ability to develop customer-specific value propositions and high-level roadmaps
• Experience with integration vendors like MuleSoft, Boomi, or SAP
• English: Fluent professional proficiency required for complex technical and business communication

Nice to have

• Practical experience with AI agents or orchestration in integration markets
• BA/BS degree, preferably in Computer Science
