What you will do
- Lead and execute market strategy for the Japan region across enterprise, fintech, and Web3 sectors.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting through to deal negotiation and final closure.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with industry enterprises, ecosystem partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the organization at flagship conferences and industry events to build brand credibility.
- Collaborate with global product and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful client integration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand infrastructure adoption within the Japanese market.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in technology, fintech, or Web3 sectors.
- Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
- Deep understanding of the Japanese business and regulatory landscape with an established network.
- Proven track record of end-to-end business development and managing senior-level relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Demonstrated experience in brand-building and supporting marketing initiatives.
