What you will do

• Communicate with potential candidates via Zoom, email, phone, and text to manage the enrollment cycle
• Convert leads into fully enrolled candidates by establishing rapport and understanding their career goals
• Meet weekly and monthly admissions team targets
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with the Director of Admissions
• Provide accurate and engaging information regarding Moreland University's value proposition
• Maintain deep product knowledge to guide prospects toward teaching credentials and Master's degrees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience in admissions, inside sales, or related customer service roles
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to grammar and logical flow
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
