What you will do
- Communicate with potential candidates via Zoom, email, phone, and text to manage the enrollment cycle
- Convert leads into fully enrolled candidates by establishing rapport and understanding their career goals
- Meet weekly and monthly admissions team targets
- Coordinate recruitment efforts with the Director of Admissions
- Provide accurate and engaging information regarding Moreland University's value proposition
- Maintain deep product knowledge to guide prospects toward teaching credentials and Master's degrees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in admissions, inside sales, or related customer service roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to grammar and logical flow
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
