Admissions Representative (EdTech)

Location: United States; remote. Metro DC location is preferred but not required.

What you will do

• Communicate with prospective students through Zoom, email, phone, and text throughout the enrollment cycle.
• Manage admissions leads and nurture them through application submission and enrollment.
• Build relationships with candidates by understanding their backgrounds, motivations, and career goals.
• Present accurate information about Moreland University programs and their value for earning teaching credentials or a Master’s in Education.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate recruitment efforts with the Director of Admissions, and provide timely updates to the supervisor.
• Work toward weekly and monthly admissions goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in admissions, inside admissions, customer service, higher education, or a related role.
• Inside admissions experience and a demonstrated ability to work toward targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone, online, and email interactions.
• High-quality written communication, including grammar, logical flow, and appropriate word choice.
