What you will do

• Deliver high-impact strategy and corporate development initiatives including market analysis and strategic planning.
• Drive end-to-end M&A processes, including commercial diligence, valuation, and complex financial modeling.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives by structuring problems and aligning stakeholders from concept to execution.
• Provide senior leadership with data-backed insights and clear recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Support integration planning and execution for newly acquired businesses to ensure realization of strategic value.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy consulting.
• Strong foundation and proven experience in M&A with a preference for mid-market deals.
• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and synthesizing quantitative data.
