What you will do

• Design and execute partnership strategies to expand market reach and formalize relationships with healthcare practices.
• Serve as the primary contact for consultant relations, conducting regular meetings, presentations, and training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, marketing, and product teams to represent the consultant voice internally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic product and sales initiatives.
• Define KPIs and track performance, providing senior leadership with data-driven updates and actionable insights.
• Travel regularly to support partnership initiatives and business development goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare benefits industry.
• 5+ years of experience in consultant relations.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships with brokers and consultants.
• Strong existing network of contacts in the employer benefits space.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
