TL;DR

Managing Partner (AI): Leading complex enterprise sales cycles and shaping multi-million dollar partnerships with frontier AI labs and Fortune 500 companies with an accent on consultative sales and multi-threaded stakeholder alignment. Focus on driving large-scale deal execution, uncovering strategic project streams, and embedding data-centric infrastructure as a foundation for AGI development.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, USA or Wrocław, Poland (Hybrid model, 2 days/week in office)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD base salary (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Cultivate $20M+ enterprise opportunities across frontier AI labs and Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Engage and align research, engineering, and C-suite stakeholders to secure long-term commitment.
  • Lead end-to-end multi-project sales cycles from proposal building to procurement and final contract closure.
  • Collaborate with delivery and program management teams to ensure high-impact pilot execution and scale.
  • Expand wallet share by uncovering new project streams for SFT, RLHF, and AI benchmarks.
  • Build executive-level narratives and thought leadership to position the product as the partner of choice.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise sales cycles with successful $5M–$20M+ annual agreements.
  • Proven track record in multi-threaded sales engaging research leaders, engineering, and C-suite executives.
  • Deep understanding of AI, ML, or human-data services for advanced research organizations.
  • Operational rigor to manage complex deal structures across 20+ active workstreams.
  • Experience navigating procurement, solution design, and customer success alignment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interaction.
