What you will do

• Source prospective client companies and generate high-quality deal flow.
• Perform initial vetting and engage with C-suite stakeholders to qualify opportunities.
• Liaise between prospective clients and the investment team to facilitate due diligence and execution.
• Maintain comprehensive records of the business cycle and deal progress within the CRM.
• Handle complex negotiations with clients in collaboration with the investment management team.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience at a top-tier financial institution (VC, Private Equity, or Commercial Bank).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a client-facing role such as sales, origination, or relationship management.
• Demonstrable track record of originating and closing financial transactions.
• At least two years of previous experience working as a financial analyst.
• Strong understanding of the growth-stage tech landscape and credit/debt fund deal flow.
