• Lead complex projects from initiation through execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful delivery.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with regional and internal teams to execute strategic objectives.
• Stay current with payment market trends to define service requirements that meet user and partner needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management.
• Background in payments, acquiring banks, O2O platforms, or the internet industry.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end complex projects with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
