Part-Time Real Estate Instructor - ASREB

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona / Glendale, Arizona; hybrid instruction with onsite classroom teaching and online Zoom courses

What you will do

• Deliver assigned pre-licensing and continuing education courses according to the provided course plan.
• Teach students in onsite classrooms and through online courses.
• Engage with students and recommend strategies for meeting course objectives.
• Use webinar, livestreaming, and online instruction technology.

Requirements

• Active Arizona real estate license as a salesperson or broker is required.
• At least five years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney is required.
• Ability to teach in onsite Arizona classrooms and via Zoom is required.
• Computer with an HD camera and microphone.
• Quiet, dedicated office space with a strong internet connection.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching Arizona pre-licensing or continuing education courses.
• Livestream teaching experience.
• DREI certification.
• Law, finance, or appraisal experience for relevant courses.
