What you will do

• Instruct pre-licensing and continuing education courses according to the established curriculum.
• Facilitate active learning environments in both physical classrooms and via virtual conferencing tools.
• Utilize livestreaming and webinar technology to maintain high-quality instruction.
• Provide strategic guidance to students to ensure successful completion of course objectives.
• Collaborate with the school administration to deliver consistent and impactful educational experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Active Arizona Real Estate license (salesperson or broker) is mandatory.
• Access to a computer with an HD camera, microphone, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to maintain a professional, quiet, and dedicated home office space.
• Must be capable of delivering instruction both onsite in Scottsdale/Glendale and remotely via Zoom.

Nice to have

• Prior experience teaching pre-license or continuing education in Arizona.
• Livestream teaching experience.
• DREI certification.
• Professional background in law, finance, or appraisal.
