TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Ohio and available to commute to Cincinnati and Dayton for onsite teaching.

What you will do

• Deliver assigned real estate courses following the established curriculum and course plan.
• Engage actively with students to ensure comprehension and course objective attainment.
• Facilitate learning in both physical classrooms and via virtual webinar platforms.
• Provide real-world examples and strategic advice to support student success.
• Participate in periodic faculty and curriculum meetings.

Requirements

• Active Ohio real estate license (salesperson or broker) is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional or attorney.
• Ability to travel and teach in Cincinnati and Dayton locations.
• Must possess a dedicated office space with a high-speed internet connection, HD camera, and microphone.
• Flexibility to teach morning, evening, and weekend class schedules.

Nice to have

• DREI certification.
• Previous teaching or training experience.
