What you will do

• Instruct pre-licensing and CE real estate courses according to provided curricula.
• Engage actively with students in both physical classroom settings and via online streaming platforms.
• Provide real-world examples and strategies to help students meet course objectives.
• Utilize webinar and livestreaming technology for remote instruction sessions.
• Participate in faculty curriculum reviews and ad-hoc team meetings.

Requirements

• Active WA real estate license (broker or managing broker).
• Active WA real estate instructor's license.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Willingness to teach on-site classes in Bellevue, WA.
• Availability to teach during mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Access to a dedicated office space with HD camera, microphone, and stable internet.

Nice to have

• DREI certification.
• Prior experience in formal instruction or professional training environments.
