What you will do

• Conduct scheduled online courses according to provided curriculum plans.
• Engage actively with students in a live webinar or livestreaming environment.
• Explain complex course material, provide real-world examples, and answer student inquiries.
• Assist students in meeting course objectives through effective instructional strategies.
• Attend required faculty meetings, training sessions, and curriculum reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Active state-specific real estate license (salesperson or broker) required.
• Previous experience in instruction or professional training.
• Access to a computer with an HD camera and microphone.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection for consistent online instruction.
