What you will do

• Conduct pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education courses
• Deliver instruction in both classroom and livestream settings via Zoom
• Explain complex real estate math concepts and industry practices
• Operate presentation equipment including projectors, electronic whiteboards, and audio systems
• Ensure all classroom activities adhere to Gold Coast and State of Florida guidelines
• Promote company programs and products to students

Requirements

• Possession of a Florida Real Estate Instructors permit
• Extensive knowledge of course materials and Florida real estate laws
• Effective public speaking and communication skills for adult learners
• Ability to teach a minimum of three different real estate courses
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and weekdays
