What you will do

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets by managing a robust sales pipehirify.global.
  • Drive adoption of hirify.global’s marketing solutions, including Official Account, API, and Ads Platform.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements by translating client needs into tailored marketing strategies.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact proposals, presentations, and workshops.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key advertisers and agency partners.
  • Identify and close high-value opportunities across enterprise clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in advertising or solution sales with a proven track record.
  • Deep understanding of the retail or e-commerce industry and customer journey strategies.
  • Expertise in consultative or solution-based selling for enterprise clients.
  • Proficiency in applying AI tools to enhance sales and campaign performance.
  • English: business-level proficiency required for communication and presentations.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills.
