What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas within the designated territory.
  • Prospect, qualify, and manage a robust sales pipeline while collaborating closely with Sales Leadership.
  • Deliver engaging technical and business-focused product presentations to prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Analyze competitive positioning to effectively communicate the business value of the hirify.global product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success within a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts via telephone and web-based presentations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying new and existing business opportunities through formal sales methodologies.
  • Self-motivated professional capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work from the Sydney office on a hybrid basis.
