Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom. Role involves 30% - 50% travel to customer sites.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue by selling the hirify.global Enterprise Platform to enterprise-level customers.
  • Take full ownership of your book of business, including pipeline management, documentation of buying criteria, and deal closure.
  • Provide strategic account leadership and direction throughout the pre- and post-sales processes.
  • Conduct thorough win/loss analysis to refine sales motions and improve future outcomes.
  • Travel to customer sites (30% - 50%) to facilitate meetings and build professional relationships.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Proven ability to leverage established professional relationships to close complex deals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication capabilities.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven approach to sales.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with open-source software, APIs, or infrastructure platforms.
  • Background in early-stage, fast-growing startup environments.
