What you will do

• Define and drive the regional marketing plan in partnership with global demand generation teams.
• Act as a trusted partner to Sales, translating regional goals into actionable marketing programs.
• Manage regional budgets, reporting, and campaign analysis to ensure performance optimization.
• Own the lead funnel process and implement strategies to accelerate lead time-to-value.
• Execute integrated ABM and executive programs alongside inbound/outbound campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Partner team to drive engagement and integrated campaigns within the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• German and English proficiency required.
• Enterprise segment experience and expertise in software/SaaS models.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms including Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, and 6sense.
• Proven ability to work remotely and effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
