TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies in alignment with global objectives.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing programs including events, webinars, and partner campaigns.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to drive demand and support regional business goals.
  • Localize and activate global product and content marketing campaigns for the German market.
  • Track and report on lead generation performance and pipeline growth targets.
  • Act as the local market voice to provide insights for future marketing planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Several years of field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • German (C1+) and English (B2+) proficiency required.
  • Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce or Eloqua.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel to the Huerth office as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the legal software or professional services industry.
  • Deep understanding of the local software buying journey.
