TL;DR

Location: Must be based in North America or the United Kingdom.

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize budgets for core PPC channels including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Develop and execute a marketing experiment roadmap to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify bottlenecks and scale efficient acquisition channels.
  • Partner with US and UK BDR teams to improve lead quality and conversion to sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to design complex, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Translate performance insights into strategic recommendations for the regional marketing roadmap.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on online campaign management experience.
  • Strong expertise in SEM (Google Ads) and paid social media advertising.
  • Proven ability to manage performance metrics and data-driven analysis.
  • Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce is considered an asset.
