Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Develop targeted ABM programs that engage key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts.
  • Own end-to-end program execution including strategy, goal setting, budgeting, and asset development.
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to ensure alignment on outreach and account-based insights.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns using both 1:1 and 1:few approaches.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimize for pipeline contribution and conversion.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Proven success in building and scaling ABM programs.
  • Deep proficiency with Salesforce and ABM/marketing automation platforms like 6sense.
  • Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with execution of repeatable processes.
