What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounting, revenue recognition, tax, and compliance.
• Manage FP&A, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and multi-entity financial structures.
• Drive the financial narrative with the Board and investors, ensuring clarity and rigorous data-backed reporting.
• Serve as an early-warning system for the executive team to surface risks before they become critical issues.
• Lead and mentor the existing finance organization of 7 FTEs across the US and Poland.
• Ensure financial discipline and correctness in commission structures, hiring plans, and operational scaling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in accounting, tax complexity, audit management, and financial controls.
• Strong command over cash forecasting and multi-entity financial management.
• Ability to lead Board and investor conversations with confidence and precision.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York City.

• CPA certification or equivalent background.
• Prior experience managing international entities and distributed finance teams.
