What you will do

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
• Manage tax engagements from planning through completion to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of Staff Accountants and Interns.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for high-wealth business owners.
• Conduct tax research and provide technical guidance to clients and team members.
• Collaborate with audit and accounting services teams to provide integrated support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required (Master’s degree and CPA preferred).
• Minimum of five years of public accounting tax experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of tax law and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with UltraTax, QuickBooks, and AdvanceFlow preferred.
• Must pass a CJIS background check.
