What you will do
- Drive revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process to match them with suitable certification and development programs.
- Build trust-based relationships to assist individuals in their professional career paths.
- Manage and maintain a clean sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive educational offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality student journey from initial contact to enrollment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven sales success, specifically in a high-volume B2C environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently rank in the top tier of sales performance.
- Strong expertise in objection handling and closing high-value engagements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong self-discipline and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to work from a hybrid office setting in Miami, FL.

- Experience in real estate education or certification sectors.
