What you will do

  • Drive revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Guide prospective students through the enrollment process to match them with suitable certification and development programs.
  • Build trust-based relationships to assist individuals in their professional career paths.
  • Manage and maintain a clean sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive educational offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality student journey from initial contact to enrollment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales success, specifically in a high-volume B2C environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently rank in the top tier of sales performance.
  • Strong expertise in objection handling and closing high-value engagements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong self-discipline and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work from a hybrid office setting in Miami, FL.

Nice to have

  • Experience in real estate education or certification sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree.
