TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid in Hoboken, NY).

Compensation: $161.7K – $239.8K (OTE).

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing complex B2B deals.
  • Build and nurture a strong network of electronics manufacturers (EMS) and designers (OEM).
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings and product demonstrations tailored to specific customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to prove business impact and manage ROI calculations.
  • Track sales metrics, iterate on the sales playbook, and contribute to continuous team improvement.
  • Provide actionable industry insights to product teams to help shape the platform roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or able to work within the +/- 2h time zone remote area.
  • Proven experience as an account executive within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ability to operate as a strategic consultant rather than a transactional salesperson.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS sales frameworks such as SPICED.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
