What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to educate prospective customers on product features, pricing, and payment options.
  • Drive revenue through closing new sales and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage customer retention by addressing refund requests and resolving concerns to keep customers engaged.
  • Document all interactions and outcomes accurately within Salesforce.
  • Utilize real-time AI sales tools to maintain messaging and ensure compliance.
  • Participate in regular coaching and call monitoring sessions to improve sales approach.

Requirements

  • Must be available for a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, enrollment, or customer-facing closing roles.
  • Proven ability to manage sales objections and retain customers considering cancellations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience with CRM software and general Windows-based office tools.
  • Resilient and adaptable professional mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Associate degree in a relevant field.
  • Specific experience using Salesforce.
