What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact to educate prospective customers on product features, pricing, and payment options.
- Drive revenue through closing new sales and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage customer retention by addressing refund requests and resolving concerns to keep customers engaged.
- Document all interactions and outcomes accurately within Salesforce.
- Utilize real-time AI sales tools to maintain messaging and ensure compliance.
- Participate in regular coaching and call monitoring sessions to improve sales approach.
Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, enrollment, or customer-facing closing roles.
- Proven ability to manage sales objections and retain customers considering cancellations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience with CRM software and general Windows-based office tools.
- Resilient and adaptable professional mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.

- Associate degree in a relevant field.
- Specific experience using Salesforce.
