What you will do

  • Develop and monitor integrated digital marketing campaigns tailored to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage CRO roadmaps including A/B testing on landing pages, email funnels, and websites.
  • Oversee marketing automation workflows and lifecycle journeys within HubSpot.
  • Execute social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to drive engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and Power BI to optimize ROI.
  • Integrate physical direct mail touchpoints with digital sequences and nurture workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong background in CRO and analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience with A/B testing platforms and funnel optimization.
  • Required proficiency in HubSpot for workflow management and automation.
  • Strong data analytics skills including GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Experience in ecommerce and social media marketing across major platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the healthcare industry and understanding of healthcare professional buying behaviors.
  • HubSpot certification.
