What you will do
- Develop and manage dedicated client portfolios to identify business challenges and value-add opportunities.
- Drive new account development and expand existing business through proactive renewal and expansion strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning product capabilities with specific customer needs.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal product teams to influence future enhancements and innovation.
- Maintain precise documentation and forecasting within Salesforce to support territory planning.
- Execute account strategies through regular business reviews and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar sales or account management role.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven track record of generating significant revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
- Expertise in Salesforce, MS Office suite, and structured sales methodologies.
- Ability to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.
