Location: Hybrid role based in Florham Park, New Jersey (US/Canada scope); 40% travel expected.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage dedicated client portfolios to identify business challenges and value-add opportunities.
  • Drive new account development and expand existing business through proactive renewal and expansion strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning product capabilities with specific customer needs.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal product teams to influence future enhancements and innovation.
  • Maintain precise documentation and forecasting within Salesforce to support territory planning.
  • Execute account strategies through regular business reviews and collaborative stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar sales or account management role.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven track record of generating significant revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, MS Office suite, and structured sales methodologies.
  • Ability to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree.
  • Experience in high-level business process and organizational strategy assessment.
