What you will do

  • Execute 60-80+ outbound calls daily to target prospects and decision-makers in the financial services sector.
  • Qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations, and manage the full enrollment booking process.
  • Tailor sales messaging to align with specific firm goals and training needs.
  • Maintain precise activity logs and deal status updates within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and senior sales leadership to iterate on lead generation strategies.
  • Stay current with market trends in financial advisor education and professional certification.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Comfort handling high call volumes and managing complex sales objections.
  • Proven storytelling and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Coachable mindset with a focus on achieving performance-driven goals.
