What you will do

• Partner with field sales to articulate the value proposition of the hirify.global API and connectivity management platform.
• Manage the end-to-end technical journey for customers, from initial product evaluation to production deployment.
• Lead technical proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to address complex customer requirements.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to prioritize customer needs and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Develop technical documentation and support marketing efforts through blogs, webinars, and trade events.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or sales engineering management within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with a diverse group of stakeholders, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Executives.
• Practical experience with API management, CI/CD automation, and modern AI/LLM technologies.
• Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively manage high-profile client relationships.
