Adjunct Faculty - Spanish

Location: On campus in Kingsville, Texas, United States; face-to-face courses require an on-campus presence.

What you will do

• Teach five sections during each fall and spring semester.
• Deliver elementary and intermediate Spanish courses, including SPAN 1311, SPAN 1312, SPAN 2311, and SPAN 2312.
• Maintain instructional quality across multiple course sections and formats.
• Support students and participate in departmental, curriculum, and university service activities.
• Teach dual-enrolled Spanish sections at area high schools when needed.

Requirements

• Earned Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in Spanish from regionally accredited institutions.
• Demonstrated history of quality teaching.
• Maintain an on-campus presence to deliver face-to-face courses.
• Complete export-control authorization before starting employment.
• Pass a pre-employment background investigation and provide official transcripts.

• Experience teaching online courses.
