What you will do

• Architect, implement, and maintain decision science libraries for mineral exploration analyses.
• Build tooling for rapid prototyping, including experimentation, evaluation, and simulation frameworks.
• Transition successful R&D models into robust, scalable production pipelines.
• Organize ML models and outputs to improve repeatability and discoverability across the team.
• Collaborate with data scientists, geoscientists, and engineers to invent modern decision science technology.
• Travel to exploration sites twice per year to design technologies and observe field impact.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada required
• 5+ years of experience in decision science with a strong software engineering focus
• Proficiency in Python including array-based packages like xarray and numpy
• Track record of building production-quality data processing solutions
• Deep experience with measured scientific data and visualization for domain experts
• Experience in MLOps and building robust ML systems
