What you will do

• Lead complex data science projects focusing on process improvement, defect reduction, and predictive analytics for manufacturing.
• Develop ML models and algorithms using disciplined software development processes and version control.
• Define and implement ingestion, preparation, and governance for large, multi-faceted datasets.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members.
• Collaborate across the organization to design software units for the team's AI products.
• Evaluate and recommend technical advances to improve productivity and operational surety.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience, OR a Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong background in supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
• Experience developing and testing machine learning or statistical projects.
