What you will do

• Build, deploy, and maintain production systems powering measurement products.
• Translate statistical and causal inference methodologies into scalable customer-facing capabilities.
• Improve accuracy, reliability, and operational robustness of measurement systems.
• Debug data, modeling, and production issues across the full stack.
• Evaluate methodological improvements balancing rigor, complexity, and business value.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to enhance product quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying data science, machine learning, or AI systems in production.
• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and causal inference.
• Ability to write production-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end from problem definition to operational support.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
