Salary: $198,950–$241,500 (Base + Target Bonus)

What you will do
- Serve as the senior point of contact for a large enterprise client, overseeing satisfaction, performance, and revenue growth.
- Lead development of full-funnel digital media strategies across multiple business lines.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5–7 Director-level leaders and an overall staff of 100+ specialists.
- Build executive-level relationships with CMOs and senior marketing leadership.
- Drive scalable processes, codify best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery across all client work.
- Partner cross-functionally with analytics, media, and operations teams to solve complex marketing challenges.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or marketing strategy.
- Proven ability to build and influence executive-level relationships within large enterprise organizations.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams and developing senior leadership talent.
- Deep expertise in digital media strategy, activation, and performance measurement.
- Ability to maintain a regular onsite presence to facilitate client partnership and collaboration.
