What you will do

  • Serve as the primary People partner to leadership, advising on organizational design and scaling best practices.
  • Own and evolve performance management processes, including goal-setting and feedback cycles.
  • Coach managers on development and navigate complex employee relations issues.
  • Design and refine hiring processes to ensure high-quality candidate experiences.
  • Build and implement scalable programs for onboarding and manager training.
  • Monitor organizational health and engagement, surfacing insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in HR or People Operations, with experience as a Senior HR generalist.
  • Must be based in the United States with ability to work within ET or CT time zones.
  • Experience working in startups or SMB companies.
  • Strong background in supporting remote or distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in an HR leadership capacity.
