What you will do

  • Partner with department leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Coach managers to improve leadership effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Manage employee relations, including sensitive cases, exits, and compliance matters.
  • Lead and scale company-wide people initiatives like performance cycles and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Ops to streamline hiring and lifecycle processes.
  • Translate people data and attrition trends into actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an HRBP in a fast-scaling tech or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching managers and owning complex employee relations end-to-end.
  • Experience leading company-wide HR programs and driving organizational adoption.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using people data to inform and change business decisions.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity based in Amsterdam.
