What you will do
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate objectives into detailed product requirements and documentation.
- Identify key metrics and success indicators for digital health solutions.
- Create wireframes and visual schemas to represent proposed system interactions and data flows.
- Work closely with designers and developers to maintain alignment between client expectations and technical implementation.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to validate that software meets defined requirements.
- Monitor project risks and propose process enhancements to streamline workflows.
Requirements
- English proficiency: Fluent (written and verbal).
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within software development.
- Strong background in translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Just In Mind.
- Thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Must be based in the USA or Portugal with legal authorization to work.
Nice to have
- Experience in the HealthTech domain (e.g., EHR, FHIR, Telemedicine).
- Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and SOC 2 security standards.
