What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate objectives into detailed product requirements and documentation.
• Identify key metrics and success indicators for digital health solutions.
• Create wireframes and visual schemas to represent proposed system interactions and data flows.
• Work closely with designers and developers to maintain alignment between client expectations and technical implementation.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to validate that software meets defined requirements.
• Monitor project risks and propose process enhancements to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• English proficiency: Fluent (written and verbal).
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within software development.
• Strong background in translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Just In Mind.
• Thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Must be based in the USA or Portugal with legal authorization to work.

Nice to have

• Experience in the HealthTech domain (e.g., EHR, FHIR, Telemedicine).
• Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and SOC 2 security standards.
