Product Owner (Telehealth SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead new and early-stage product initiatives from problem definition through launch.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap using competitive, customer, patient, and partner insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams.
• Own ambiguous problems and develop clear engineering solutions from complex technical requirements.
• Act as the voice of customers and patients to ensure products solve real-world problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in software; telehealth experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of JavaScript or TypeScript experience and at least 1 year of engineering experience.
• Ability to code, read code, and translate complex problems into actionable engineering solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, ClickUp, and Git flow.
