What you will do

• Manage software development projects using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product development roadmaps and project timelines.
• Evaluate feature requests and manage work assignments for business and system analysts.
• Monitor project KPIs, velocity, and financial metrics to ensure budget and timeline adherence.
• Facilitate release planning meetings and bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA or Portugal
• 3+ years of experience in an IT Project Management role managing agile teams.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday, or Asana.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master, PMP, PMI, or Prince 2 credential.
• Experience in the HealthTech domain (EHR, Smart on FHIR, Telemedicine, etc).
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and security standards.
