What you will do

• Own the end-to-end growth funnel from acquisition and KYC to funding and retention.
• Design, build, and scale a global affiliate and referral program using industry-standard tools.
• Define key growth metrics, build dashboards, and implement rigorous A/B testing across onboarding and product features.
• Identify and execute on 10x growth opportunities through close partnership with product and regional teams.
• Analyze user behavior to optimize conversion rates at every stage of the user journey.
• Maintain high velocity in execution while balancing growth initiatives with platform security and trust.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in growth or data-driven product management within consumer-facing finance applications.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing conversion funnels and experimentation at scale.
• Deep expertise in scaling referral or affiliate programs using tools like Braze and AppsFlyer.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in cohorts, funnels, and performance metrics.
• Experience working within fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• English proficiency: C1 or higher required due to the international nature of the role.
