What you will do

• Lead cross-functional product initiatives from 0 to 1, defining scope, requirements, and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering to align technical capabilities with enterprise customer needs.
• Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions, balancing speed, scope, and quality.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to shape product positioning and translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Work with the CEO to translate vision and strategy into executable roadmaps for the enterprise offering.
• Contribute to internal product processes to ensure data-informed and customer-driven development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B or infrastructure-focused companies.
• Proven ability to manage complex, technical products from concept to launch.
• Strong product sense with experience managing constraints and collaborating with engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and marketing documentation.
• Bias toward action and accountability with a track record of owning outcomes.
• Ability to work within a US-based team and environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with web3 products, EVMs, rollups, or validator ecosystems.
• Prior experience in infrastructure, database, or developer tooling companies.
• Exposure to usage-based business models or Platform-as-a-Service products.
