Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote (Global eligibility, company operates with benefit support in Mexico, Gibraltar, Colombia, USA, Brazil, and Argentina).

What you will do

• Define product specifications and remove execution blockers for the engineering team.
• Act as the primary interface between Finance/Operations and Engineering to translate business needs into technical builds.
• Identify growth levers and prioritize initiatives that drive automated, scalable system improvements.
• Analyze product performance, leverage user feedback, and define trade-offs for proposed features.
• Contribute to quarterly planning by recommending high-priority initiatives aligned with company strategy.
• Ensure organizational alignment and stakeholder buy-in for product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within Platform, Payments, or Treasury.
• Deep understanding of the lifecycle of a transaction and ledger reconciliation.
• Proven track record of shipping features from ideation to launch.
• Ability to gather and define functionality in a clear, actionable format.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to query data to generate actionable business insights.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.
