Salary: $180,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the hirify.global Pay product suite, including user experience and operations.
• Define and implement internal processes to ensure efficient product launch and scaling.
• Develop and execute concrete Go-To-Market strategies for new payment product releases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, and Regulatory teams.
• Manage external relationships with bank partners and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Analyze product data and customer feedback to drive strategic iterations and business growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY
• Strong background in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment.
• Proven track record of scaling products specifically in the fintech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of payments, servicing, ACH, and Debit/Credit Card fundamentals.
• Proficiency in SQL for data interpretation, visualization, and metric improvement.
• Experience navigating financial regulations and fraud prevention strategies.

• Familiarity with modeling and forecasting business outcomes.
• Experience running experiments with growth and user acquisition strategies.
