• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Core Experience covering activation, cross-sell, upgrades, retention, and loyalty.
• Design and launch experiences that help users discover, adopt, and engage with financial products.
• Identify growth opportunities through user behavior analysis, experimentation, and product insights.
• Lead cross-functional product development with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to ship high-quality features.
• Improve key lifecycle metrics including activation, engagement, and product adoption.
• Align stakeholders across the organization to ensure a coherent product experience.

Требования

• 5–8+ years of product management experience in consumer products.
• Proven track record of scaling consumer mobile products with large user bases.
• Strong experience using product analytics and experimentation to drive decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in improving lifecycle metrics such as activation, retention, or monetization.
• Ability to define product strategy and translate it into clear roadmaps.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, and data teams.
