Salary: $140K – $185K USD

• Lead and grow a team of high-performing engineers while maintaining significant hands-on coding involvement.
• Set engineering strategy and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery for core product features.
• Refine product functionality with a focus on UI consistency, layout, and visual polish.
• Implement performance improvements for better end-user interaction and responsiveness.
• Cultivate a result-driven, transparent, and experimental culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve complex, novel technical challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• 2+ years of full-time engineering management experience
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably React
• Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with serverless technologies and cloud environments

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs and generative AI
• Experience with distributed systems
