Salary: $159,000 - $265,000 USD

• Lead and mentor Engineering Managers, fostering a strong management culture.
• Collaborate with leaders from various disciplines to plan and deliver enhancements across the product suite.
• Serve as a technical leader, guiding teams in developing robust, scalable cloud solutions.
• Drive acceleration of the software development lifecycle via impactful adoption of AI development tooling and patterns.

Requirements

• Experienced in cloud technology and building highly scalable software solutions, with a proven track record of scaling efficiently and handling large data volumes.
• Strategic with the ability to set technical direction and guide the team towards successful project outcomes.
• A mentor who can support the professional development of team members.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and work effectively with various stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Formal managerial experience with skills like career coaching and performance management.
• Professional background in relevant technologies such as C#, React, React-Native, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Experience in product partnership, collaborating effectively with Product Managers to shape the team’s roadmap.
