What you will do

• Collaborate with the Lead Designer, product managers, and engineers to create end-to-end product experiences.
• Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure quality and consistency across the platform.
• Translate complex, data-heavy workflows into clear and intuitive design solutions.
• Iterate on features by incorporating feedback from users and internal stakeholders.
• Support design QA and polish core product flows to ensure high implementation quality.
• Leverage AI and rapid prototyping tools to accelerate ideation and discovery processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products for B2B, data-rich, or productivity tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complexity and apply clear interaction patterns.
• Proficiency in working within and contributing to design systems.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to information hierarchy and layout.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Material UI (MUI).
• Exposure to AI-driven tools or data visualization projects.
• Experience in InsurTech, FinTech, or highly-regulated industries.
• Technical background or understanding of frontend development.
